i am your new tenant from apartment number 568, Harrison street. I have moved in with my family one month ago. I am writing this letter to appraise you with some problems that I am dissatisfying with the condition of some furniture and materials.
When I signed the lease it was told to me that there are all appliance in a good quality but there are on household furniture are very bad condition. Firstly fear of sofa in the room is looks very bad and there are scratches on the table. it seems like very poor quality.
I have signed a lease of one year with you. So,it is your responsibility to provide me best apartment service and this problem needs immediate action. I want to say that please you should change all the household furniture as soon as possible.
