I am narender living in Sydney, Australia. we are four family member. I, my wife, my father and my mother. this house is taken on rent from the landlord which suggested by you and we have not this house before entry in it as we belive on you. But we are facing issue with this house as in this house furniture is in very bad condition. Almira's are not properly opening or closing. Bed are not good as it's legs are broken. Kitchen window's glass is broken.
please ask the landlord either he repair it or allow us for repairing so that it can be resolved. The money which we spend on the maintenance of broken furniture, we will deduct it from the rent of next month.
please resolve the furniture issue as soon as possible so that we can live here properly and which gives us happiness.
