Dear Mr.Smith,
My name is Ekaterina. I and my family are tenants in your accommodation. We entered into a contract three months ago. I am writing this letter to complain the condition of the bed.
Problems with the bed have started since Aprile. Moreover, our mattress is in a bad condition too. It became rough and I feel like I am Princess on the Pea. But, the main reason of the complain is the bed, which squeaks and wobbles unbearably. At the begining, this was not so uncomfortable and unusable, but this is becaming more and more inconvenient for us.
Therefore, I would like you to replace it to another one or fix it. I hope that the bed is replaced or repaired as soon as possible. Otherwise, I afraid that someday we will crash from this bed and will be damaged.
