I along with my family had recently leased an apartment for our vacation through your agency and unfortunately, there were quite some issues with the place which I would like to elaborate through this letter.
Though the apartment faced the sea providing us with a scintillating view, the windows were damaged by cracks through which cold breeze kept creeping in. As a result, we tried to keep ourselves warm with the heaters but they were damaged due to the rust that was formed by the sea breeze.
We were finding it quite challenging to keep my aged parents warm although eventually all of us fell ill. Our trip was planned for a week but due to the shortcomings, we had to quickly wrap our trip within 2 days as it was difficult to continue without any medication and with the persistent issue at hand.
Your agency is among the top-rated for renting an apartment and such utility issues may damage this reputation. We would like to know of your plans if any, about rectifying the problems. Also, if we are entitled to any compensation as this booking was quite unsatisfactory, please do let us know.
