I am writing this letter to express the inconvenience faced by me and my family. My name is Abhishek Saxena, and I am the new tenant of your apartment no. 4520 in Tower B of the Race Course society.
Let me explain to you the situation, there are two main problems which require a fix or replacement. Firstly, the main inlet water pipe has a leak, which causes the loss of water and as a result, it is adversely affecting the water bill. Secondly, a couple of modular cabinets in the kitchen are damaged consequently, insects breed there and broken hinges creak.
I shall be grateful to you if you can address these issues. The contract restricts me to carry out such repair work, therefore, I need your assistance in arranging a plumber and a carpenter.
