I have been offered a job in university department to teach microbiology as a full-time faculty and they want 2 reference letter from my previous employers. In microbiology, I have to teach pathogenicity and medical microbiology to first year students.

This reference will act as an authenticity of my experience and the details will inform the depth of knowledge I have. In addition to that, my strength can be verified from this letter. This letter will also help them to understand my past 5 years of experience in detail.

I want you to give details about struggle of my research work, students handling skills. You also discuss my punctuality and discipline with the duty hours at college. More importantly, I would suggest to add details about my motivational lectures for new aspirants.

I hope you will do the needful and look forward to receiving your reply as soon as possible.
