You are attending a night college You are not happy about a course you are doing Write a letter to the director Describe the following 1 What your course is 2 Why are you not happy about it 3 What you want them to do

Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter with regards to the challenges that I am facing during the night course running in computer department.

Presently I am working in an IT company from past 2 years. From promotion point of view I had to acquire a certification in Hardware and Networking for which I enrolled myself with your institution. Though your brochure has all the things mentioned that is needed for knowledge perspective but on ground level there exists an enormous gap.

Basically, it was mentioned that practical labs are opened for trainees throughout the week even in late hours. However, a week has been passed but no practical is provided and it is closed by 5 in the evening. Moreover, the instructor said 6 hour workshop will be provided on this weekend but again we have to attend a theory class as lab keys are not available.

Such a compromise with course is not acceptable at all, as primary focus is to take practicals because theory work could be done online too. Hence, it's a request not only from me but from other batchmates too for making the necessary arrangements.

I hope you will give due consideration to this letter and may take a prompt action on priority.

Yours faithfully,
Roman Took.
