Dear Mr.White,
I am tenant of your flat 403 Rose Villa apartment and have been renting for last seven months. I am writing this letter to inform you that I will break the contract before set expiry date.
As you are aware that I work for multinational company having offices in different countries. Recently promotion was given to me and became senior manager India operation. As a result, I would be moving to India, probably New Delhi region. I am sorry to inform you at eleventh hour but promotion news was told to me yesterday and it was complete surprise for me and family as well.
I understand the obligation of breaking the contract early so I will start looking the suitable tenant for your property from tomorrow, if you allow. In case we do not find the suitable tenant, I will continue to pay the rent until tenant is found. I have contacted to advertising agency and they are ready to advertise in all leading newspaper. I will bear the expense of advertise the apartment.
I hope you would understand my situation and I thank you in advance for comprehension. I am looking forward to hearing from you.
