Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to inform you that I will be unable to shift to the flat in August 2018 as per the rent contract with your company.
Currently, I live in one-bed room flat nearby your building, and its size does not meet my family requirement. When I read your advert on the website for the availability of two-bed rooms apartment, I made a spontaneous decision to book it. The contract is signed, and the shifting is scheduled to be in August.
I have signed a contract for a fully furnished flat, and it should be ready with full arrangement. However, I realized that some repair works are still outstanding. Certain kitchen appliances are not available which are mandatory for my family. Therefore, my family and I will not shift till all arrangement are fixed.
A List for the missing devices and repair works are attached for your reference. I would therefore suggest that you arrange the deliver all of these before my shifting to the flat, and that you ensure all outstanding works are completed. It is the important to stick to the contract before commencing with the rental period.
