Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing in regards to my accommodation during the training course. I have enrolled for short training course with your institute which starts from 8th of july. The institute's hostel facility is prefered.
I am an overseas student and I do not have any friend or relatives living in the province. Therefore, I would need your assistance in helping me find a place to live for the course duration. The requirments are basic, a room with attached bathroom, along with mess service. The institute has a boarding facility? If not, somewhere near to the institute will be first preferenece. However, I am open to options.
As, I will be landing in Greenmount by 4th july, 4 days prior to the starting date of the sessions, and will be staying there for extra 10 days after the training is over.
I have enclosed my enrolment form with my identity proof card. Look forward to hear from you.
