Essay topics:

You are interested in enrolling in a cooking class at a local college and would like a friend to come with you.
Write a letter to your friend. In your letter
• say where and when the class will be held
• give reasons why you think your friend might be interested
• suggest a time and place to meet to discuss the idea
Write at least 150 words.
You do NOT need to write any addresses.
Begin your letter as follows:
Dear…

Dear John,

I hope this letter finds you in radiant health and the best of spirits. I'm writing this letter to invite you to accompany me with a newly introduced cooking class.

As I told you, the cooking class will commence at Nixon College, where we studied linguistic course last time. The class is scheduled to begin next month the 20th.

Although, cooking has never been your favourite subject, it will definitely help you out as you are getting married soon and it would be beneficial for your married life. Also, you'll learn a variety of techniques to run a food business such as a restaurant or a Pizza company.

While we already had a plan to meet coming Monday, I would suggest you to give a thought to my advice. We can meet up at Pizza Hutt and discuss the chance if we can collaborate together to take cooking classes.

I hope you will consider my suggestion

Yours Truly,

Khan
