Hope you are in best of health and spirits. As you are aware that I need to hone my cooking skills, I am keen to join the classes at Sunrice Academy. Since this place is very near from your office, was wondering if you wish to accompany me for them. This academy teaches various culinary skills like creativity to be a chef, baking etc.
Firstly, it is a reputed college and extremely popular amongst youngsters. Normally, the classes are always full. Recently, I phoned them to know more details about the class size and timings for working adults. I was pleased to know that the upcoming batch has 2 places left starting next month. These classes are conducted in a classroom set up just besides the kitchen area so that we can gain practical experience too. The timings are also very convenient for both of us since they are able to book us for every friday evenings from 6pm-9pm, a total duration of 3 hours per session.
Lastly, if you are interested to know more about these classes, I suggest lets meet up next friday evening for dinner at East coast park to discuss further. It has been a very long time we have not done any activity together. Furthermore, you were mentioning about starting up a restaurant nearby, I thought this would be a great way to learn a bit more about this industry before diving into it completely.
