Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter with great displeasure to inform you of the road situation which is right opposite to Changkat Secondary School. This current situation has lasted for nearly three weeks now. I am a resident of Changi CC Zone 3 and have been residing over a decade and have never faced any road blocks earlier.
Firstly, due to heavy rainfall the road right opposite to the school has been damaged. This has led to slow moving traffic and congestion during peak hours. Primarily, the school students and teachers are facing issues in the morning to reach school on time and afternoons during dismissal time there are delays too. Nowadays, parents residing in Zone 3 are quite worried about their children due to road safety concerns. Furthermore, bike riders especially grab food, food panda riders are trying to take advantage of this situation and race even faster to expedite their deliveries. This can eventually lead to accidents causing casualties. Therefore, my humble request if the person in- charge could visit and inspect this situation. Lastly, he could determine the urgency of this matter and take an immediate action to restore the damage done to the roads.
