I am writing this letter to inform you with regards to the problems that I have been facing lately due to water leakage from the air-conditioner that was serviced last week. Kindly arrange for a technician immediately to resolve this matter.
As per the rental contract, I have been regularly servicing all the air-conditioners for the last three years. This unit that is located in the master bedroom especially, has always given some or the other issues that are not acceptable. Last time, due to squeaky noise from this system my sleep was disturbed. Now, I find there is water leakage in the middle of the night. This is in turn is causing me a lot of trouble to sleep peacefully. I am unable to focus on my work and wasting a lot of my time sorting these issues repetitively.
Request you to urgently look into this situation else I might need to look for an alternative accommodation. You may book an appointment with the technician this coming Saturday, should there be a need to repair or replace this system.
