you have an extra room in your apartment and would like to rent it out to a student write a letter to university council office describe your apartment and facilities mention why you want to rent out say what kind of tenant you would prefer

Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to inform you about an extra room vacancy in my apartment and wish to advertise the same. I live a few miles away from the Delhi University and it is a very convenient location to travel up and down daily. Therefore, It would be an ideal place for any student who prefers to stay near the vicinity.

This is a four bedroom apartment which has two door entry system. While the first entry is from the main door which is currently being used by myself and my helper, the other side of the door is right besides the main door towards the right where you can enter via kitchen. So this will help the student to freely enter and leave the place without disturbing the rest. The room itself is fully furnished with free access to internet at all times. There is a common toilet next to the room which is currently not in use and can be used by the tenant. Also, the tenant is free to cook light meals if she wishes to eat healthy home cooked food. Hence, I wish to let out my space which is spare and not in use at the moment and willing to share with a mature and independent female student. As far as the rental is concerned will be negotiable based on the expectations and requirements from both sides.

Please let me know if there are any female students looking out for an accommodation, they can either contact me directly on my handphone or email me should they need any further information. Looking forward for your swift response.

Yours faithfully,
Nur Amirah
