I hope you are doing great. As you informed me in your last meetup that you are unhappy with your current organization, I have a solution for you to make your life interesting with a new job.
I am working as a Data architect which is kind of similar to your job as a Database administrator in ATS services. Data architect roles and responsibilities are designing, handling, securing, and maintaining databases.
My company is looking for a replacement for my position as I got my Permanent resident card from Canada. Therefore, I'll be moving and shifting in the next two months to Vancouver. And, there is an opening in the firm of my position as a Data Architect.
Since you have the potential to upgrade your skills in the databases, I think you would be the best candidate to hire.
