• What course would you like to change to?

Dear Sir,

My name is Shanal Pathirana, who is studying ‘Intermediate ICT’ under the code number 073, in your university. I am writing this letter to request to change my current course to ‘Advanced ICT’, as I am not pleased with my current course content.

I have been registered in the above mentioned course at the beginning of this month, as I had already followed the basic theories from my secondary school. According to the course content published, I believed it would be more advanced, but it was not as I expected. I am exceedingly displeased with this current situation, since learning this course is not adequate for me and it is similar to what I have already studied.

I would be much obliged to you if you can consider my problem and change the course to ‘Advanced IT’, which will commence on next Friday. I believe this course will be appropriate for me, as I already have the foundation knowledge. I am looking forward to hearing from you soon,

Yours sincerely,

Shanal
