I am writing to seek your permission for a visit to Snowy Mountain in New South Wales.
I am planning to organize a trek at snowy mountains for a period of one week. During the summer break students often feel home sick because of which they behaviour will become obnoxious. Hence, trekking will keep them entertained and boost their morale.
Fortunately, the weather fore caste shows a warm temperature during those dates. However, we will be prudent and carry necessary equipment’s for first aid in case of emergency. We will be staying there for 3 nights and 4 days.
At the moment there are 10 students who are willing to register immediately. Also, we will require an accommodation with all basic amenities like iron, fridge, heater and washing machine. In addition, I have a membership of Club Mahindra where we can avail good discount on the room rates.
