I hope you are doing well and keeping safe. I’m writing this letter to tell you that I’ll be away this week and really be grateful if you could look after my condo for a few days.
Recently, my mom fell ill, and owing to her previous diagnosis she hasn’t been in a good condition even though I have arranged for a visiting nurse. I understand that visiting her could positively affect her condition, and hence I’ve decided to make a trip.
While I am away, there are a few things I would request you to look after and they are the money plant, the refrigerator, and the thermostat. There isn’t a lot to do regarding the fridge and thermostat except monitor their temperature settings while my money plant may require some attention as it constantly needs to be watered.
On the whole, I would love for you to take care of my house while being away for a couple of days and would appreciate the gesture.
