Dear Sejal(Seju),

I am writing this letter to invite you to company me for my upcoming vacation in December 2020. I have been working at my current job for more than a year and I have not taken my vacation leave since I started working here. Because I am getting paid for the vacation, that why I am planning to visit The United States of America with you.

Let me explain my planning in detail here. I know we have been thinking to travel to a new country and we always had dreamed about the USA for the long period. I have planned everything such as our stay, places to visit, advance booking to museums, and out of your imagination, I reserved a visit to the Empire state building as well as The statue of liberty. I contacted hotels in advance about our food choices as we both are vegetarian. I have planned a surprise for you when we will meet.

Would you like to join me for the most amazing journey of my life. I know that you have 20 days of vacation in your school and want to spend some time away from books and study. So it would be a perfect time for both of us to travel the world together. I would certainly love to escape from my hectic life and spend precious time with you.

Please let me know.

Your friend,
Amit Savaliya
