Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am writing to ask about temporary accommodation in Surat as I have received a transfer in my workplace for 2 years and I will be moving to Surat with my family on the 10th of June.
I am working as a Senior Accountant in PMG from last 3 years at Mumbai branch. Recently I have been given promotion and transfer at Surat branch, so I, along with my family will have to move at Surat. I have to join Surat branch from 15 July, therefore, I along with my family will reach there by 10.
Basically, I am looking for a place near schools as I have two children age 8 and 10, which will be convenient for them. Moreover, a place which has quick access to transportation will be an added benefit since our family members do a lot of traveling. Furthermore, a 2 bhk flat with vehicle parking will be more convenient for us. Last but not least, a calm neighborhood will be an ideal place for me and my family.
I would be very much appreciated if you could find a suitable place with the above-mentioned particulars.
