I am writing to you with regards to the apartment that I would like to rent in near future.
My wife and I are living in one bedroom apartment, with one toilet. For last 3 years our son was studying at the Univeristy of Sydney. Now he is coming back to the city because of the job offer that he received. we need to move to the other apartment, preferable 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. In addition, in near future we would like to adopt a dog, so the place has to be pet friendly. we are looking for accommodation close to the beach or near central station.
The price range is between $400-$600 a month.
we want to move as soon as possible so please inform us about any accommodation that suit our needs.
