Dear Sir,
I am writing in reference to expedite the problem with the accommodation arranged by your team. Let me explain in the detail.
To elucidate the problem with the accommodation is that it is without an attached bathroom and a shared one. Although I was expecting a private room with an attached washroom however the current accommodation has come as a surprise to me. The current room is very small and is being shared by three people which makes it more congested as there are no warddrobes to store the luggage. Additionally, the washroom is located on the top floor which makes access quite difficult sometimes. Lastly, there is no wi-fi access facility which makes our life miserable as we need to do a lot of research work at night.
Furthermore, I was expecting a studio flat with an attached washroom and wardrobes where personal belongings and luggage can be stored. Additionally, I was also hoping that the flat should have basic facilities like Wi-Fi, air conditioner and television services which are all missing at the moment. Finally, I request you to change the current accommodation and provide at the least a studio flat which has an attached washroom along with basic amenities like Wi-Fi and air conditioner so that we can have a pleasant stay during the short term course.
