I hope this letter finds you in good health and spirits. Sorry, it’s taken me so long to write back. Anyways, I’m writing if you could do me a favor. I have planned a trip with my wife for our 10th anniversary but couldn’t take our son with us because of some inevitable situation.
Actually, my wife and I are going to Shimla for four days to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary on 28th January. I booked air tickets and planned a surprise dinner at The Taj Hotel. After that, we will go for a long drive for sightseeing. How does this sound? By the way, to our surprise, we came to know that our son Vibhu can’t come with us because of his mid-term exams.
So, I thought, I’d ask you if you could take care of my son. I can assure you he is quite a decent boy and won’t bother you much. Like you, he also loves to play cricket, so, I’m sure you both would enjoy playing cricket in the garden.
