Dear Sir,
I am writing to request for permission to proceed on vacation Monday next week. This is to enable me resolve health issues I have been experiencing in recent time.
As you know, I was unable to access the six weeks paid leave last year. Because, of the shortage in manpower and increased workload all through the season. Also, I have been experiencing frequent headaches and feel
tired every time. My doctor was contacted and he recommended , i take some time should be taken to relax ,away from working.
Based on this challenges, I would like to take my outstanding leave for last year and use the this year own as well. I am hoping o start by January 02, 2019 till March 01, 2019.
In my absence, kazeem would be providing relieve for the department. He is familiar with branch reimbursement, reconciliation, proofing and sales of funds to treasury department. So, I have discussed with him and he has agreed to assist with these duties while am away.
I will be very grateful if my request is granted.
