Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter in reference to complain about a recent one day course I attended at your college. The one day course was based on trends and Potential drivers for Satellite Market and I had enrolled a few weeks back when I had seen the advert in the local newspaper. This course was designed to understand the different facades related to the myriad reasons which led to growth in the telecom sector.
Since I work as a business analyst for a Telecommunication company, I was looking forward to learn and grasp the knowledge to be shared by your expert team but to I was disappointed with the way the session went. First of all the course started late as the guest lecturer who was supposed to come from Boston university arrived late. Then the local expert from your college presented some facts and figure which were outdated and not up with the current industry trends.
As you are aware that this was paid course and I was expecting much more as was posted thus I would suggest in the future if you plan to organize such courses for business executives they should start on time and content to be used be much more accurate and up to date with the current industry trends.
I hope you would take my feedback strongly and would find ways to improve it in future.
