Dear Sir or Madam,

My name is David Watson and I am pursing post-graduation course at HL College. I am writing this letter to suggest some alterations which could be made at the college cafeteria.

Visiting the cafeteria during lunch hours is part of daily schedule. Cafeteria is structured so well that it can accommodate more than 60 people. There are two things I like about the cafeteria.
First is the moveable furniture. The tables and chairs is moved at the refuge area behind the cafeteria post meal hours; making the room for in-door games activities like carom, table tennis etc.
The second thing I like is the idea of playing soft music all the time in the cafeteria. It helps reducing the stress level.

The thing which can be improvised is the utilization of the empty space near the entrance of the Cafeteria. Since you are aware that there has been too much of waiting period during lunch hours
lot of students needs to wait for more than 20 minutes to get the table. However if the alterations are made to the structure near the entrance, the space can be enlarged. This is reduce the
waiting time to some extent.
