Dear Sir or Madam,
I am a Chartered Accountant by profession. Due to advance in the technology world, I usually work from home. My entire work is done on the computer system for which I recently purchased high configuration Laptop. Since I have to deal with large database top configuration was the must requirement.
However, despite of purchasing the latest configuration model, the system operates at very slow pace. The laptop get hot within an hour of usage. I believe the fan which cools down the laptop isn't functioning as well.
This is badly impacting my work. I am not able to meet my work deadlines due to which I have started losing clients. To survive in such competitive world, I cannot afford losing even a single client.
I'd request you to send some of your technician immediately to resolve the problem. I would suggest to send some essential hardware accessories so that any replacement could be done on instantly.
