Dear Prof. James,
I am writing a letter to formally request to drop out from two courses which were Signal Processing and Control of telecommunication.
I am taking six courses this semester, and I finding it extremely difficult to manage. At the beginning of the term, the laboratory session hasn’t been arranged on the timetable yet. However, I found that the lab classes of these two courses totally collided with the class time of my core class.
Therefore, I have no other choice but to decrease my course load. I am planning on taking the two courses this summer semester. I would like to complete all the courses for the degree program by the following year, and I decided to withdraw from these two courses after careful consideration.
I would like to request the tuition refund and hope I am not late to receive the full reimbursement.
