Dear Mr. Collins,
I am writing to inform you to re-schedule our meeting, which was scheduled on coming Monday 11th November, due to urgency in my relative's home.
My uncle from South Sheilds met with an accident last night. I had to reach him at that moment as his son is in United States for official work and aunt already passed away. My cousin, uncle's son, called me at midnight and requested to reach to his father immediately owing to urgency of the matter. I reached to the hospital where my uncle is admitted today morning and the doctor said condition of patient is critical and a person from family needs to be with him at least for 3 days. After two days my cousin will return to South Sheilds and I will definitely reach by Friday to Leeds.
I am extremely sorry for the re-schedule of meeting. I know you fixed this meeting with my consent and you took off from your daily chores. But the situation is unavoidable and I have to delay this meeting. Hope you will understand my predicament.
As the Saturday is a public holiday, I believe you will be available at that time. I have made sure from my side to be in the meeting this time.
Kindly confirm whether you are comfortable for meeting on Saturday 16 November.
