You work for an international company. Recently your job has changed and you believe that more training is needed. Write a letter to your manager and say:

How has your job changed?

Describe a type of training you will need.

Suggest the arrangements incorporating training and your work.

Dear Mr. Moore,

I am writing to request you about the additional training which I need in my new role of the Senior Analyst in Payments team in The Royal Bank of Scotland.

I am basically from Invoice Finance team. As you know after filling a job opening I got selected and promoted as a senior analyst in your team, my roles and responsibilities have been entirely changed.

Although class room training has already been given to me but it seems insufficient for performing daily duties which my current profile entails. I would need on-job training of circulation the payments and the basic fundamentals of the flow of funds in overseas.

This process is being handled in urban estate branch of our bank. I can work from this branch for two weeks as well as I can be familiar with the process of payments. As I have already confirmed from the manager of the urban estate branch that one spare seat is available and I can easily accommodate there.

Looking forward for your prompt and adequate action on this matter.

Yours sincerely,

Patrick Smith.
