I have no words to express my gratitude for your kind offer to cover me on next Friday at work. I was not expecting the friend’s wedding at weekdays but marriage registrar fixed the date on Friday.
As you know, mainly I am involved in client interaction and our client M/S Rodrigo schedule a meeting on next Friday. The main agenda in the meeting will be presentation from our side and for that I have already prepared the power point slides and proposal. Though, presentation is simple, I have compiled all the previous communication with Rodrigo representative. In fact, I have informed to client as well about my unavoidable leave and requested to co-operate with you. I am sending you the power point files in email and will have internal meeting at Thursday in order to clear any doubts you have.
