Dear Mr. Smith,
I am writing with regard to my duty at your hospital. I am an office clerk at casualty section and work there for office hours from February 3rd. I do this as a volunteer in order that I can achieve experience and help to society. However, I cannot continue cooperation with your hospital anymore.
Last month, I applied for a job vacancy in Paris, and the previous day I received an email from that company which told I have to start my career on June 23rd. Although I have three weeks till that time, I need to free my time to manage my trip. So it is not possible for me to continue my responsible at your hospital.
I would like to suggest that one of my close friends can undertake my duty. She was my classmate at university and has an inherent tendency to do volunteering job. Because she has the same knowledge as me and has previous experience, I think she can be appropriate for this position. I hope that my request does not cause any inconvenience to you.
