Dear Madam,
I hope you are doing. I am writing this letter with an intention to bring some issues which I have been facing for few days at work.
To start with, I am unable to work effectively because of internet connection. It is usually very slow, in fact, it sometimes disconnects from the network; thus, I do not finish my daily task and assignments on time. Therefore, my seniors are dissapointed because of my inefficiency, and they complaint about it to the senior manager.
I feel terrible to not able to accomplish my duties and being criticized for the same. I always thought of working with a strong wifi connectivity and supportive peers. I believe these challanges can be fixed by improving internet strength and speed, so that there would be no barrier while performing a particluar process. Moreover, advising seniors and tenures to encourage other employees to work hard and appreciating any task achievement can motivate workers to finish the work with maximum accuracy and on time.
I hope you would certainly take an action to forward this feedback and get the issues fixed.
