This is to inform you that I will not able to attend the interview scheduled on Monday 20th March 2019 at your university branch in Macon Georgia.Though you sent the interview invite letter in the due time. However, I had already booked an appointment with the eye specialist on the same day.
I have a minor eye surgery and I anticipate that this could result in pain, Further more my eyes would be covered with bandage for few hours. Under such situation I am sacred that this would affect my interview performance.
My profound apologies for conveniences that might be causing. However I don’t want to lose this opportunity and hence
suggest you to kindly re-schedule the interview at 3.00 PM on the same day or someday in the next week.
And with reference to your previous letter, I would appreciate if you could provide duration of interview and if I have to take any written test ?? Please let me know so that I can plan my schedule.
