This is with regards to the complaint letter about the noise emanating from my house.
Foremost, As you are aware that my house is deteriorating and needs renovation ,
I am in a process of reconstructing the utility area. Furthermore, replacing the rotten roof that is causing multiple water leaks . The noise is due to wood cutting and continuous hammering for nailing the roof structure .
I understand the emanating noise this is very much disturbing not only to you but also
other neighbours in the colony. However I’d like to apologize for the inconveniences
and the troublesome caused, And thank you for bringing this to my notice.
In the best interest of all , I have advised my workers to expedite the works and to work
During day time where all students are in their schools and adults will be there
at work and finish the work by 5.00pm when all are back. And promise that
you hear no such noise anymore.
