I am writing to ask for redeployment from the french to english department, this is to better improve my chances of migrating to Canada after graduation.
I understand their official language is english and french,but since I already have basic knowledge of french I will like to study english as well to increase my chances of getting more work offers after graduating from this university.
is it also possible to get a refund of the excess fee I paid since the fee package for studying english is lower than french.
However, if the excess fee is non refundable that is no problem, I will appreciate my transcripts sent to the english department aid a seamless transfer to the new department. I appreciate your help over the years and for your fatherly advice always, you have not been just my level adviser but a mentor.
