I am writing this letter to complain you about the laptop which I purchased from your shop and express my grave dissatisfaction with this shopping experience.
Last Sunday, I bought the latest Dell laptop from your shop with i5 processor and 500GB hard disk. Initially, it was working fine but, from the second day of its use, it started troubling me.
Firstly, its' screen goes blank while working continuously for half an hour and I need to restart it by pressing the power button. Secondly, it started hanging a lot and applications take huge time to load, halting my work. Lastly, there is a issue may be with charger or a battery as sometimes, it do not get charged.
I am very disappointed after buying this product. I want you either to refund me whole money or replace it with new laptop with same configurations.
