Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writng this letter in regard to the inferior quality of the hand phone that I purchased in your tax-free shop a few days ago. After two days of using, I noticed that the device was not functioning as expected.
The first issue that I noticed was the touch screen not being sensitive and responsive. I and my son have tried multiple times and observe no further improvements. In addtion, I also discovered some abnormalities with the phone battery. In particular, the battery drained quite fast even though I was not making any calls or performing heavy task. Besides, the battery took only about less than half an hour to be fully recharged in spite of at least one hour stated in the user manual. On top of that, I figured out the the speaker produced a very poor sound quality. In fact, I heard a lot of impurities and noise when playing a song with it. I was vert supprised and frustrated to see this much of problem for such a high-class product.
I hope that you can offer me a reasonble solution for this as soon as possible. Either an exchange or full refund would do the job but please kindly be quick as I need a hand phone quite urgently for my work.
