Dear Mr. Mike,
I am writing to you regarding an issue which I face during work. I have a problem with my computer; I do need your help to fix this problem.
The main point I want to raise is that as you know I am working as data entry employee at the production department; Therefore, I have more data to upload it in production systems such as productivity and man-hours, But my computer is working quite slowly and it hanging several times during work which effects on my productivity. Furthermore, it has an electrical problem which is suddenly shut down.
Hence, I would like to request if you can give an order to the maintenance department to tack a serious action to tackle this issue, I will appreciate that; they came and fixed it, but still the same problem as it is. Besides, I recommend that if I could get a laptop, it would be better; I can work also from home.
