Dear Alen,
Greetings for the day!
I am Hamen, a student of management. I have been taking evening classes at your prestigious institute for last few months. Unfortunately, i will have to off this course even from this week for two months.
Actually, as you know, I am also working part-time in one IT company. Luckily, they have decided to promote me, and also moving in full-time job. They are going to send me Delhi, in their head office, for internship of 2 months. So, for this time period, I will stay there.
I am really glad to hear this news. I would like to attend classes when i will come back, after completing my training because this course is also useful further in future. My job demands such skills which are only possible to develop by this management course.
I would be thankful to you, if you extend my fee that have been paid for my next batch.
Your faithfully,
Hamen Gupta
