Dear Mr Brown,
I am your student and I am writing this letter to you to tell you that it is not possible for me to continue the course presently because of the financial crisis. Allow me to elaborate the deplorable situation for you.
I am enrolled in the "Hotel Management" course which is of two years and currently I am in the second year. However, I am the sole bread winner in the family of four members, both my parents are sick and needs persistent medical attention. Also, my younger brother is in school so in order to meet the inevitable requirements, I recently took one more part time job in the evening at the time of my classes. Thus my busy schedule does not allow me to spare any time for studies.
Moreover, I get extremely exhausted by the end of the day and fails to focus on my course books. Hence, it is my humble request to you to allow me to attend the classes after six months. This is perhaps the best solution of my problem as it provides me to earn enough money to support my family plus it enables me to complete my education too.
I would be grateful if you could approve this suggestion.
