Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing in response to the letter that I have received from the bank about the account charges on my last overdraft transaction of $240.
I have noticed that the charges are $ 70, and it will be deducted from my account by the end of the month. When I reviewed my account`s statement and bank agreement, I realized that the amount of the charge does not match the actual calculated rate. A problem may be occurred from your team while putting the interest figure.
I had an overdraft last month from the same account; however, I settled its relevant payments before my last transaction of $240. It may be wrongly considered by your team to add two charges of both overdrafts from this month. I have a copy from the previous bank statement, and the receipt of my payments for the charges.
The deduction will occur within 10 days from my account. I would therefore request that you review the attached receipts and previous statement, and that you ensure its considered by the concerned department in priority.
