Actually, I want to regret inform to you that your service was below my expectations. You said that we will receive the best services when we come Thailand. Unfortunately, even importantly we had to be at hotel, where is evaluated two stars instead of four stars as you said. For example, my room's equipment was so dirty and bad smell.
With all dissatisfactions I would like you discount 30 percent cost of the journey and give them back into my account. Please look into this matter as soon as possible.
