Dear Sir or Madam,
I hope this letter finds you well. As I had spent a week in Thailand and I had booked my tour with your travel agency. I just want to inform you about lack of satisfaction which I have during my trip. However, Thailand is a marvelous country; unfortunately, I have experienced very bad moments there.
Let me explain you in details. I went to Phuket, which is one the picturesque city of Thailand. I arrived there in 24th of July and I have spent a week at Lili hotel, which was located on 1st avenue, Downtown.
As you are entirely aware, the lili hotel is a five-star hotel. despite of its starts, I wish to indicate that it has a lot of backwards which really had bothered me.
While we arrived there the servants were confused and they didn’t pick up our suitcases. After about 1 hours when we called the assistance, she told us our suitcases transferred to a wrong room. Beside this, despite of the stories your travel agents revealed us, all the facilities were not free. Furthermore, one the important facilities that make me to choose this hotel was its triple restaurants. Unreasonably, two of them were closed for anonymous reasons.
Furtheremore, regard to the staggering price of Lili hotel . it was really awful and it even didn’t prepared the options that your agent demonstrated me on its brochure. Since your rules emphasized how customers satisfaction are eminent it will be your respect to send me 10% of all the tour price. I am contacted as the address below. Your assistance in this matter is really appreciated.
