In your letter • describe the item • explain where and when you left it • say what action you would like the company to take Write at least 150 words. You do NOT need to write any addresses. Begin your letter as follows: Dear Sir or Madam

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to ask for your assistance. I lost my wallet in the train and I need your help to find it.

My wallet is brown in color and divided into many sections. The wallet is made of Leather. The items inside are 600 dirhams, my business card, keys for my flat and photos of my family.

I lost my wallet on Thursday. In the morning, I took the train from oxford station to canary wharf station. one of the persons riding the train asked me about the location of the national museum. I had to get my mobile from my pocket to check the location on Google maps. I felt something fell down at the floor but I didn’t check it. I think it was my wallet.

I would appreciate it if you help me find my wallet by looking for it in all the trains that go from oxford to canary wharf. Thanks in advance.

Yours faithfully,

Nourhan Magdi
