You have lost an item of value on train Write a letter to the railway company In your letter Describe the item Explain where and when you left it Say what action you would like the company to take

Respected sir/madam,
I am writing to report that, the wallet which I have missed on the train during my doctor's appointment. I was traveling from Southern Station to Rockville to consult the dentist doctor on September 11th, 2019.
While returning after consultation, I stepped into the 4th compartment where the first-class passengers travel. Abruptly, the ticket checker got into that compartment where I was sitting and asked to show the proof of Travel pass. Unfortunately, I had Travel pass in my wallet and rushing to show that to them as my station was about to arrive.
I am suspecting that I might have left my wallet in that Station. So, I am requesting you to find the lost item as soon as possible. Because It hasn't only had Travel pass, it has my Driving License, SIN Card as well as RFID which I use to login to work when I do the remote jobs. I am looking forward to return the positive acknowledge from you.
Thanks and Regards,
Ashokkumar
