April 4, 2020

Dear Sir or Madam,

This is Karim Farhan, one of your regular customers. I am writing to you to help me in an urgent case. I lost a valuable item in yesterday noon journey from Cairo to Alexandria.

Firstly, I took the train from Cairo railway station yesterday at 1 PM, and according to the ticket, the train number was A123900, and the seat number was 0098, the VIP section. Although I was working on my Apple laptop the whole journey, I forgot to put it in my case after sending some important emails to my clients.

Secondly, I want your company laborers on this train to do whatever they can to find it because I will lose a lot of contracts if I did not get this laptop. Additionally, I would like to compensate anyone who can help me to get it back. Hope you understand my situation, and I promise you that I will take care of my personal gadgets next time.

Finally, I am looking forward to hearing from you soon, and I would appreciate your immediate attention to this matter.

Faithfully,
Karim Farhan
