Dear Sir or Madam,
I hope this letter finds you in a good health. I am writing to enquire an item that is lost at the Bandra station.
To start with, it is a green colour folder of brand Classmate and Jenelia was written as label on the front side pocket. Also , the handle of the folder was of brown colour. Moreover, all my personal documents including reports, and certificates were in that folder.
I am certain that I left my item at the Bandra station as I boarded a ladies special train at 6:30 p.m and got down around 7:00 p.m. Although it was the last stop, there was rush and I kept it on the shelf near the door and somehow forgot to take again. If it is intact, It should be in the 2nd class compartment which is next to the 1st class Gents boogie.
My original and important documents are in the bag. Therefore, I request you to kindly look for the folder and please send it to the enclosed address and contact details below or I can visit your office to collect my personal item. Kindly let me know.
