I hope you find the letter in a great health. I am writing to express my desire spending half year in the head office of the company. I have my reason for the request, it is following below:
To start with, my sister in Australia and she has delivered a baby. She is lonely and fortunately I have arranged a friend to take temporarily . As I already have a visa, I am the only member who can visit to her and take care of.
I can assure you that as the client is at same location, so that I can manage the work and look after her. Therefore, the workload will not be an issue. Besides, it will be benefit to the project if I get tagged to the onshore office.
Therefore, considering the situation, I humbly request you to please help by making arrangement and create a demand in the team.
